2. Train your agent (Knowledge Vault)
Open the Knowledge Vault and drag in your hours, pricing, policies, FAQs, and
any documents your callers ask about (.txt, .pdf, .docx).
Vortex Voice AI grounds every answer in your own content — so it never guesses and never
invents details.
3. Set the personality
Choose how your agent sounds and behaves — Professional, Friendly, Technical, Sales-Focused, or Empathetic — and add a name and custom instructions. Change it anytime, with no code. Different lines can carry different personalities.
