Jeffrey Dulaney founded EactiveNet, Inc. with a simple conviction: the technology to answer every call perfectly already exists — businesses just shouldn't have to choose between great service and a sustainable payroll. Vortex Voice AI is the answer to that.
The vision
He set out to build an AI workforce that any business can deploy in minutes — one that learns a company's exact knowledge, speaks in a natural human voice, and handles real customers better than a traditional call center, at near-zero marginal cost. Not a chatbot. A phone agent that actually closes the loop: answering, qualifying, and booking.
The work
As creator and lead architect, Jeffrey designed Vortex Voice AI end to end — from the carrier-grade telephony and real-time voice pipeline to the multi-tenant security model and the zero-retention privacy guarantees that make it safe for regulated industries. EactiveNet continues to build enterprise AI and communications products under his direction.
