Acceptable Use Policy
The rules that keep the Vortex Voice AI network safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone.
Effective date: June 7, 2026 · Vortex Voice AI is a product of EactiveNet, Inc.
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs your use of the Vortex Voice AI Services provided by EactiveNet, Inc. It is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there. We may update this AUP to address new forms of abuse or legal requirements.
1. General Principles
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Services by, any third party. You are responsible for the conduct of your End Users and for all activity originating from your Account.
2. Prohibited Telephony and Messaging Conduct
Because the Services include regulated voice telephony, you must not:
- place calls without all legally required consents, or in violation of the TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, the TRACED Act, FCC rules, or any equivalent law;
- conduct unlawful telemarketing, autodialing, or pre-recorded calling, or contact numbers on any applicable Do-Not-Call registry without a valid exemption;
- spoof, falsify, or inaccurately present caller identification, or evade STIR/SHAKEN call-authentication;
- fail to honor opt-out, revocation-of-consent, or do-not-contact requests promptly;
- fail to disclose the use of an automated or artificial-voice agent where disclosure is required by law;
- generate "robocall," "phishing," "vishing," "smishing," fraud, or social-engineering traffic; or
- engage in traffic pumping, access stimulation, international revenue-share fraud (IRSF), or other artificially inflated traffic schemes.
3. Prohibited Content and Activities
You must not use the Services to transmit, store, or facilitate:
- content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence;
- child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits minors;
- fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading schemes, including impersonation of a person or entity;
- malware, ransomware, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
- material that violates export-control, sanctions, or other applicable laws.
4. Prohibited Technical Conduct
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, or networks, or to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or tenant isolation;
- probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system without authorization (see our Security page for responsible disclosure);
- introducing malicious code, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or interfering with service integrity; and
- reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the Services except as expressly permitted.
5. Fair Use and Resource Limits
The Services may be subject to fair-use thresholds, concurrency limits, and abuse guardrails to protect platform stability. We may apply rate limiting or other technical controls to traffic that is abnormal, abusive, or that threatens the network or our carrier partners.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle or suspend traffic, or suspend or terminate Accounts, with or without notice depending on severity. We may cooperate with law enforcement and disclose information as required by law. A violation of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms of Service.
7. Reporting Abuse
